Please submit all permit requests 24 hours prior to preferred start date. If you need a same-day permit, contact NIESA office by phone during office hours. Permits are only issued Monday-Friday during office hours, except on holidays. Permits are only good for 4 days after activation number is issued.

No permits for Williamstown Township are issued by NIESA. Please contact the Williamstown Township Office for your burn permit number.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS PERMIT IS NOT ACTIVE UNTIL YOU ARE CONTACTED BY NIESA WITH A VALID ACTIVATED NUMBER.
